We are in the main street of Taupo CBD
There are 3 Parts to us:
* Brewery 13:00 for 1 ½ hrs (131 Tongariro St - Rear of Shoppe)
During our renovations there will be no tours.
* BierKAFE 12:00 to 21:00 (133 Tongariro St - Upstairs)
During our renovations this will be fully closed
* Trout Shoppe 10:00 to 16:00 (135 Tongariro St - Blue Entrance)
During our renovations there will be limited beer tastings and food.

Our 
Alpine Crafted Beer, 14 Beers & Ciders plus our seasonal specialties
are all created here ON SITE. 

We also have Guest Beers + Ciders on tap too

Our Brewery operation is Downstairs 
view-able from our Trout Giftware Shop, maybe even take a Brewery Tour!

This is a great option on those bad weather days as the Tour is fully indoors.
   
   
      


Upstairs we have our Restaurant, the "Bier Kafe" 
This is a flagship for our Beers and Ciders. 
Beer & Cider matching and infusion abound on our Hearty Menu!
Waikato Glacial Water* which feeds into pure Lake Taupo
is combined with the best of 
New Zealand and International
Ingredients to make our 
Austrian Alpine Style
Lagers, Ales, Ciders & Perry on site, here in Taupo.
